Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (very lightly used at best), with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, the one which was emailed to you by ichirakuteeshop.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you, the customer, is responsible for the return shipping cost. Unless the item arrived damaged in which case we will provide a return shipping label.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at Email: sales@ichirakuteeshop.com. We accept exchanges for different sizes (up to 3XL) or different color of the same product. If for example you ordered a size Large but need to exchange it for a size 4XL you will be charged the difference in the price as the 4XL costs more than the Large.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
