All items listed on our website are made to order, which means they are printed and prepared specifically for you based on your design or customization. Please double-check your order for accuracy, as custom products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
To place an order, select your desired product, customize it (if applicable), and proceed through the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, we begin the production process. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.
We accept payment through various secure methods, including Stripe & Paypal. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. All prices are listed in USD, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or replacement.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or changes. However, we will do our best to assist you.
