If you have an issue with any of your orders, please email us within 30 days of receipt and we'll issue you a 100% refund and provide the return shipment information. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our end (product quality) there'll be no need to ship the item back to us. Email us with any concerns at ichirakuteeshop@gmail.com so we can provide the return information (return address, return label, and to answer any other questions on the process).
